Warsaw Office Figures Q3 2024

Developers' activity in Warsaw remains relatively limited compared to what the market has accustomed us to. Currently, 276,000 sq m is under construction, with over 20% (61,000 sq m) undergoing renovation. The majority of the pipeline is planned for delivery in 2025 (145,000 sq m), including centrally located projects such as The Bridge by Ghelamco and Office House by Echo Investment. On average, the 2025 pipeline is 33% pre-let, mainly due to leases signed in recent months.
