Poland Investment Figures Q3 2026

Investment activity in Poland remains elevated, transaction volume exceeded EUR 4.72 bn YTD, representing an 82% increase y/y. Sector allocation was relatively balanced, although retail led investment activity, accounting for nearly one-third of total volume, followed by industrial and logistics at 28%, and office at 24%. With Q1-Q3 investment volume reaching its highest level in 8 years, Poland retained its leading position in the CEE region. This performance has been driven by renewed appetite for core assets, alongside a still-competitive financing environment supported by the resilience of the domestic economy.
