Warsaw primary residential market snapshot Q3 2022

A further decline in residential demand was observed in Warsaw in Q3 2022. Developers sold 2,102 flats, which is less than in Q2 2020, during the first lockdown caused by the pandemic. Demand is mainly limited by the situation on the mortgage market. In the period between October 2021 to September 2022 the Monetary Policy Council raised interest rates after every meeting.
