Warsaw figures office snapshot Q3 2022

The Warsaw office market has grown by 3% since the beginning of 2022 and currently totals 6.34 m sq m with a record low 150,000 sq m remaining under construction. Due to only a few new developments being commenced within the last few quarters, we are already witnessing a supply gap, which may focus attention on second-cycle and older office buildings, which require refurbishment to keep up with the current market standards.
