Q2 2022 Office Figures - Tricity

The total office market in Tri-City exceeded one million sq m (1,010,900 sq m). In H1 2022, 5 new buildings with a total area of just under 50,600 were completed, making the market grow by 5% since the end of 2021. The largest building constructed in the first half of 2022 in Tri-City was the Format building with a total area of 16,000 sq m, which is now 73% leased. New market additions are on average 39% leased.
