Procedures

In connection with the implementation of the obligations imposed on businesses by the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024, the Internal Reporting Procedures for companies are set out below:

• CBRE sp. z o.o.

• CBRE GWS sp. z o.o.

• CBRE BSO sp. z o.o.

The procedures are dedicated to persons working for the aforementioned companies, regardless of the form of employment, and their implementation was carried out after prior consultation with representatives of the aforementioned persons.

Notifications on the subject and procedure indicated in the Act can be made through the local notification channel.
