Audit & Process Assurance Team – as a key priority supports Warsaw Operations as well as EMEA GCS business in management of internal controls in regard to high service delivery. This work is vital in providing annual assurance to Senior Management, Warsaw GBS Board and Alliance Director in meeting requirements of the Client and external auditors e.g. ISAE. Audit team is periodically assigned to monitor and verify compliance to internally established processes within various business areas where objectivity and integrity are essential for sound business governance.

Business Analytics takes care of design, enhancement and automation of business reporting in data management, client accounting, corporate accounting and transaction management areas, enabling business users to make key decisions based on relevant and up-to-date information. Moreover, the team delivers advanced, predictive analytics for benchmarking, modelling and forecasting, which allow further optimization of business decision-making process. Analysts leverage on market standard tools (e.g. VBA, Excel), advanced Business Intelligence platforms and state-of-the-art solutions for data visualisation (Tableau).

Warsaw Technology team in Warsaw, being part of pan-European Technology, manages business applications for EMEA and other regions for external and internal Clients as well as local IT support for our Operations. Key process & areas include: incident and request management, change and vendor management as well as project management and technology transitions support.
