Maintain correspondence with tenants concerning the extent of changes to the terms of the leases.
Keep tenants informed of all rules and regulations affecting the office and provide tenants with information on all administrative decisions and any other information.
Keep control of collection of all due payments from the tenants including but not limited to rent, joint and individual operational fees and marketing fees and others as resulting from the lease agreements signed with the tenants.
Engage in activities aimed at acquisition of due payments by directing payment demands and undertaking discussions with tenants concerning the payment of receivables.
Control of provision by the tenants of securities resulting from lease agreements (deposits, guarantees, etc.) by directing payment demands and undertaking discussions with tenants concerning the provision of securities.
Stay in contact with tenants, manage requests and complaints, manage tenancy terminations and the process of tenants commencing occupation of or vacating their premises (including the supervision of all construction or decoration work which the tenants are required to perform) inspections of premises and monitor and enforce all office regulations.
