The buildings that define skylines across the world need property management that meets the architectural impact they make. This is what CBRE’s Global Asset Services team do best - and is why we manage 41 million square metres of assets across 20 countries.

We work with knockout buildings from London’s The Gherkin to Shanghai Tower and the GM Renaissance Centre in Detroit, maximising real estate value by aligning building operational performance with the broader business objectives of occupiers.

Our approach tailors the management of buildings to the businesses within them, and, by custom-making our services to meet your goals, we’re able to anticipate your needs and deal with issues long before they become problems.
