Leasing momentum remained strong in Q2 2018, with net absorption for H1 2018 surpassing the full-year figure for 2017, reaching 1.5 million sq. ft.. Rents in Central rose 4.4% y-t-d, bringing them to a level very close to the historic peak recorded in Q3 2008. Banking and finance remained the most active sector, followed by co-working/serviced office operators. Overall rents climbed 4.6% in H1 2018.
