Net take-up totalled 219,900 sq m, 14% quarterly increase.

Net demand was mainly driven by manufacturing companies (44%).

The share of renegotiations accounted for 30% of total take-up in.

Net take-up amounted for almost 81,900 sq m in Greater Prague area.

The share of renegotiations on the total leasing activity 48%, new leases 26%, expansions 6% and pre-leases 20%. 

The largest new transaction was a pre-lease of 24,700 sq m for a logistics company Europe Huajie Development in Panattoni Park Prague Airport II.
