Poland remains one of the leading countries in Europe in terms of the total number of students.

The student accommodation offer is currently insufficient, which gives room for further dynamic development of the sector. Also in 2024, new private student dormitories appeared on the market, although the number of newly created beds has not been equal to the figures for 2023.
