             Currently, total stock of modern retail space amounts to approx. 15.04 million sq m of GLA, including retail formats of the „convenience” type (below 5,000 sq m GLA). In Q1 2025 the market has grown by 67,300 sq m of GLA in 9 new retail schemes and 5 extensions.
