Tomasz Oktaba has been appointed Director of Building Consultancy at CBRE in Poland. He has replaced Simon Dunbar who moved to the London Office in December 2009. Tomasz will focus on managing and developing the Building Consultancy department to strengthen CBRE’s position on the market and expand Project and Cost Management, as well as other Consultancy Services, with a support of the experience and skills of multidisciplinary CBRE’s Team.
Tomasz Oktaba has been appointed Director of Building Consultancy at CBRE in Poland. He has replaced Simon Dunbar who moved to the London Office in December 2009.
In his new role, Tomasz will focus on managing and developing the Building Consultancy department to strengthen CBRE’s position on the market and expand Project and Cost Management, as well as other Consultancy Services, with a support of the experience and skills of multidisciplinary CBRE’s Team.
Tomasz has over ten years of commercial real estate experience. He began his career at Mace Polska as a Project Manager, being involved in prestigious projects such as Rondo 1 and Z³ote Tarasy in Warsaw.
Prior to CBRE, Tomasz worked as a Development Manager at Limitless Polska, where he was responsible for the pre-development stage of Master Planned Urban Community Project – a multi billion dollar project near Kraków, comprising residential development with supporting industrial, retail and public services functions.
Tomasz graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering. Tomasz speaks fluent English. His hobbies include history, sport and travels.
