Adam Rejczak Appointed Director of Global Corporate Services in Poland

Warsaw, 20 May 2009 – Adam Rejczak has been appointed director of Global Corporate Services (GCS) in CB Richard Ellis in Poland. He replaces Mariusz Flisiuk who, after 5 successful years, left the company.


In his new role, Adam will focus on managing and developing GCS department, together with securing new clients. Adam Rejczak will be heading a team of 12 people.

Adam has 15 years of commercial real estate experience. He was previously a senior manager for real estate operations in TP S.A., where he was responsible for the space usage reengineering project – space optimization in various types of buildings.
For 2.5 years Adam Rejczak was heading a real estate department in PZU S.A. / PZU Życie S.A. He was focusing on creating a real estate strategy, defining PZU’s technical standards and transforming real estate portfolio accordingly to business needs.

In 1997-2004 Adam Rejczak worked in Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker as an associate partner (previously as a senior negotiator). He was responsible for negotiating contracts on behalf of key clients - private and institutional investors.

Adam graduated from Warsaw Institute of Technology; post graduate studies on real estate valuation. He is MRICS (Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
Adam speaks fluent English. His hobby includes volleyball, kayaking, cycling and travels.
